As part of the Council for British Archaeology's 75th anniversary celebrations, YAC-HQ are developing a project to create a network of Young Archaeologists’ Club Alumni, ex-members who have moved on to work in the archaeology, heritage, and museum sectors, as well as those whose lives outside of work have been influenced by their time in the club.
There are potentially thousands of ex-members, or YAC Alumni, that have great memories of their time as a member and have gone on to continue to be involved in archaeology, heritage and museums professionally or otherwise.
If this sounds like you, we want to hear all about it! We will collect your stories and use them to provide our current members with examples of possible routes into an archaeological or heritage-based profession and careers in other sectors, whilst demonstrating the positive impact archaeology has on people’s lives.
If you'd like to be involved, please complete the expression of interest form below.
